We support, empower, and equip women for life and service. We encourage women to make an impact for Christ in their homes, church, and community. We endeavor to support missions through projects and activities in an effort to reach souls for Christ.
As women of God, we want to know Christ intimately, love others deeply, and serve faithfully. We encourage involvement and not just attendance. In short, we want to exemplify extraordinary lives for an extraordinary God. We adhere to the Word of God as it is written in Colossians 1:10 which reads: “That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;”
Our Auxiliary
The Women’s Auxiliary is caring and welcomes everyone. We provide Christian education, love, advice, and encouragement to women of all ages. We want you to discover the joy that is shared when we come together to fellowship and worship God in spirit and in truth.
We believe the needs of women can be met by developing a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ and immersing ourselves in the Word of God; thereby, strengthening our homes, churches, and communities.
How Do We Serve
The Women’s Auxiliary is established to help women grow in their knowledge of scripture and become better equipped to use their spiritual gifts in the kingdom of God. There are supplementary resources to develop women for Bible Study, Evangelism, and Ministry; all for the benefit of the body of Christ and God’s glory.
Our Mission
-
Encourage women to have a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ
-
Encourage women to study the Word of God and develop a deeper prayer life
-
To develop unity and purpose among the women of the District Association
-
To help women see themselves as God sees them
-
To equip women to nurture and serve in their families
The Women’s Auxiliary assures you will feel loved, accepted, encouraged, and equipped to pursue a passionate, growing relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. An attitude of gratitude will be developed from serving others in love and meeting new people along our journey together.
Prayerfully,
Sis. Hilda May
